Wade Sr. to talk about our Black History Celebration event. This year, the Tyler Public Library decided to put together a program on Thursday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. at Liberty Hall highlighting a historic Black neighborhood in the northside of Tyler, called The Cut. Mr. Wade will be doing a presentation about the history of this neighborhood and his experience growing up there.
