Margo Onishchenko tells Tim McCready about migrating from Russia as a young woman, and her journey to standing as the ACT Party candiate for Maungakiekie.Once Margo turned 18 she followed her older sister to New Zealand. Dr Sapna Samant tells Tim McCready about her career in medicine and film-making and the Green Party's plan to address the increased rates of crime as well as tackling the wealth gap.After qualifying and practicing as a doctor in India, Sapna migrated to Aotearoa in 2001. She was elected to the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board and re-elected in 2013, and again in 2016.
