Rum Cake Cocktail:
2 oz Rum
4 oz Coffee
.5 oz Half & Half
Bar spoon of unsalted butter
2 Bar spoons of Sugar
1/4 Bar spoon of Nutmeg and Cinnamon
Mix together, serve over ice, and top with whip cream. Enjoy!
