Hello and welcome to Stormy Weather, a podcast of generative sounds and natural soundscapes, with no other words than those of this brief introduction.
Our fourth episode is a direct recording of sutras recited in a Zen Buddhist temple and lasts about half an hour.
The recording was made on February 24, 2014, at the Rinzai Zen Temple Zenshinji in Scaramuccia, Orvieto, Italy and the lead voice is that of Master Engaku Taino. The sound quality is rather low, but we preferred to limit our intervention to removing the most disturbing background noise, leaving everything else untouched.
