On this episode of KSL's beyond the badge, we honor Officer Cody Painter, Grantsville police department. When a call came down that a man that was unresponsive, him and fellow officers were able to resuscitate him enough so he could go to the hospital. Officer Painter had an inkling that he needed to follow up with this family and when he did, he found that he had served in the same 101st Airborne which is the same that Officer Cody served in. When the passed away he even attended the funeral.
