Dr. Mookherjee shares examples of how to create a positive learning climate, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish a system for exchanging feedback from the beginning. Prepare teaching points for general themes commonly found in the clinical setting and look for opportunities to simplify the teaching environment to reduce redundancies.
