Simon, a herbal strategist, has been at the forefront of integrative and herbal medicine. He is an award-winning author and the Self-Care Lead for the College of Medicine. Euan, a herbal and sustainability director, works in clinical practice as a herbal practitioner in a NHS general practice based in central London. He is currently undertaking a clinical doctorate in gastrointestinal disease at the University of Bath.
