Dr. Lamarr Renee Spencer is a Life Alignment Strategist and certified Business, Life, and Relationship Coach with a Ph.D. in Business Management and over 25 years of professional business experience. She is also an accomplished author and publisher. She has helped many clients develop plans to achieve career goals and relationships. Still, she has also helped clients face issues by decreasing their stress levels and creating a path toward reaching achievement and success. She authored several articles, professional presentations, and professional literature. With years of professional experience among various businesses and families, Dr. Spencer has had the opportunity to investigate the root causes of stress and help organizational leaders and families. Her inside knowledge of professional and personal relationships and her academic research have helped provide the basis for her upcoming book on relationships. Dr. Spencer stays active and busy but values the essential things in life. She resides in New Jersey with her family, including her daughter, Aliyah, and her poodle, Oliver Woody. She enjoys having Mommy and Daughter Day with her daughter and traveling when time permits.
