Tina Rexing was once told by Mr. Wonderful, on Shark Tank, that her business was "all over the place." However, precisely because of having multiple facets to her business she is poised for growth in 2022. The "T-Rex" size 1/2 lb and 5 lb cookies have brought her 2 retail locations, frozen cookies in Kowalskis and Target, and over 50 foodservice accounts that keep Tina Rexing and her monster size cookies growing and thriving despite the pandemic.
